Christel Paganoni

Christel joined the Coalition in the fall of 2025 as CEO. She is a purpose-driven leader with over 20 years of global experience bridging the corporate, philanthropic, and development sectors to advance health equity and inclusive growth. Christel began her career in social work, later pursuing a master’s in communication and international relations—driven by a clear intent to bring outside-in perspectives to business, and return to the impact space with renewed tools. She has held regional and global leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Takeda, and Sobi, leading patient engagement and communications teams across fragmented infrastructures to co-create sustainable healthcare and access strategies rooted in community and patient insight.
